Opened “Akane Junior Class” and started teaching ikebana to children from 3 to 15 years old. Created a pyramid of light for the exhibition "Form of Light" at the Sony Plaza in Ginza. Became Vice President of Sogetsu Foundation. Produced the Expanse of Light at AMMNAT Square in the "Town Created by Woman" for the opening ceremony of the World Design Exposition. Exhibited her works at "The World of Sogetsu: Decorating the Sculpture Forest" at the Hakone Open-Air Museum. |
