Exhibition Site 1 (Sogetsu Plaza)
After thorough discussion with Iemoto Akane, world-renowned Japanese designer Mr. Oki Sato, will reveal other attractive features of the indoor stone garden "Heaven", designed by Isamu Noguchi. Everybody knows them, but nobody has really noticed  them for what they are. Please enjoy the Iemoto Akane's marvelous works at the Sogetsu Plaza which will be transformed into a greater inspiration for the creativity and imagination of ikebanists.

Exhibition Site 3 (5th Floor: Japanese Room)
As a good example of "Complementing an Art Work"—one of the themes of Textbook 5—this site features the works of the artists who belong to TOMIO KOYAMA GALLERY for contemporary art and ikebana creations of Iemoto Akane who is inspired by these art works.

Oki Sato
Chief Designer and Founder of nendo. Chosen by Newsweek magazine as one of “The 100 Most Respected Japanese” and won many “Designer of the Year” of major awards include from Wallpaper* magazine and ELLE DÉCOR magazine. His most prominent works are housed in New York's Museum of Modern Art and other galleries around the world.

TOMIO KOYAMA GALLERY
TOMIO KOYAMA GALLERY was founded in 1996. Since its opening the gallery has been introducing diverse artists from established figures to young talents, especially Japanese artists. The gallery aims at developing the contemporary art market with original perspectives beyond distinctions of nationality or genre. It is located in Roppongi: the main gallery, besides the other space in Hikarie Shibuya, Tokyo.
