Workshop – Pottery Making

First workshop for 2010 was held at the pottery studio of branch member, Barbara Hockenhull. Barbara and her daughter demonstrated and worked with the 17 members to produce a pottery container for the April Workshop and the annual Sogetsu exhibition in May. Creativity was called forth from all members who, now eagerly await the arrival of the containers in April, after they have been fired and glazed. The weather was beautiful, the project exciting, altogether, a very happy start to the year.
