| The Sogetsu Kaikan, the building of Sogetsu Foundation Headquarters, is the home of Sogetsu Ikebana and other creative activities beyond each genre. Designed by the world-renowned architect, Kenzo Tange, it was completed in 1977 and received the Building Contractors Society Award in 1979.

From the lounge, you can see the Akasaka Imperial Palace across the Aoyama Avenue, where some of the relatives of the emperor reside. The greenery of the palace certainly looks beautiful across the façade of the Sogetsu Kaikan. |
