Sogetsu Foundation offers a special program of Ikebana demonstration and lesson for guests and groups from overseas. A Master Instructor will present lectures and show 5 arrangements in English or Japanese. The demonstration includes basic styles, table arrangements, modern free style and a large arrangement with branches. After the demonstration, the guests can try Ikebana themselves and also take the flowers home. The standard program is one and a half hours. According to the schedule of the guests, we can offer shorter/longer demonstrations. *Days and hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm. --- Reservation required

Notice of cancellation policy: If your would like to cancel the appointment or change the number of attendants, please inform us 3 days prior to the demonstration. In the case of a Monday appointment, you must inform us by Friday 5:30pm JST. Any cancellations or changing after this will be charged 100% fee. For further information, please contact the Overseas Affairs Department of Sogetsu Foundation from Monday through Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm.
