The Japanese black pine shows a strong posture as the tips of its boughs are abruptly cut and expanded. The crimson red winter berries were arranged like a flow on the sturdy framework and the camelias with supple horizontal branches were added. The dancing lady orchids were scattered as an accent to express the bright New Year. Wishing for another healthy and cheerful year.

*For previously displayed works, please visit the Japanese Room Gallery.
