The Annual Activity Report 2021(April 2021 to March 2022) and Members List are due on
May 31,2022.

Note: From 2021, the Sogetsu Calendar and complimentary gift of Magazine “Sogetsu” will be sent only to the official groups who submit Annual Activity Report.

Branches and Study Groups that are due to have an election this year, please also submit the Election Report by the due date.

Please download the forms below. Both PDF and excel form are available.
Also those who have not submitted the privacy policy letter, please send it to the HQ altogether.
