【How to Apply】
After Wednesday, June 10, at noon (JST) :
1. Fill out the application form
2. Submit it to the Overseas Affairs Department via email (overseas@sogetsu.or.jp)
Please use one of the following as your email subject line:
・”Application for the Party”
・”Application for the 100th Celebration and Party”
Please leave the body of the e-mail blank.
After completing STEP 1, please proceed to STEP 2 without waiting for a reply from headquarters.

【If your application group includes any 100th Anniversary Award recipients】
※Please refer to the fill-in example below to avoid double payment for award recipients.
【Other Important Notes】
*The representative applicant must be a STA member with 2026 membership fees fully paid.
*Please note that any submissions received before noon on Wednesday, June 10th (JST) cannot be accepted.
*Please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond to your application form. If you do not receive a reply after 3 business days, please kindly contact the Overseas Affairs Department.
*Please add the Overseas Affairs Department’s email address (overseas@sogetsu.or.jp) to your safe senders list (or whitelist) to ensure that our emails are not filtered into your spam or junk folder.
*Please apply together with the 100th Anniversary Celebration (Soryu-sai) application. Please note that registration for the party only is not accepted.
【お申込方法】
6月10日㈬正午(日本時間)以降：
1. 申込用紙に必要事項をご記入
2. 海外課(overseas@sogetsu.or.jp)までメールでご提出
メールの件名は、下記のいずれかにしてください。
・「パーティの申込み」
・「創流祭とパーティの申込み」
メール本文は空にしてください。
ステップ１完了後、本部からの連絡を待たずに、ステップ２へお進みください。

※受賞者の皆様が二重払いを行わないように、下記の記入例を参考にご記入ください。
【その他注意事項】
*申込代表者は草月師範会会員(2026年度完納)に限ります。
*6月10日(水)正午（日本時間）より前にご提出された場合は、受付できません
*お申込用紙への返信は、3営業日ほどお時間を頂戴いたします。恐れ入りますが、3営業日が過ぎても返信がない場合は、海外課までご連絡ください。
*海外課（overseas@sogetsu.or.jp)からのメールが迷惑メールに分類されないように受信許可リストへ登録いただきますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。
*創流祭と併せてお申込みください。恐れ入りますが、パーティのみのお申し込みはご遠慮ください。
