STEP2: Payment for the Party/パーティ参加費のお支払い

Notification: We kindly request that the representative make a single payment covering the participation fees for all applicants.

お願い：代表者の方が、申込者全員分の参加費をまとめてお支払いくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

*The payment form above will not be available until Wednesday, June 10th at noon (JST).

*When traffic is heavy, the above payment form may temporarily become difficult to access. If this happens, please wait a moment and try again.

*Please note that payments are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you make your payment once your schedule is confirmed.

*Please ensure that duplicate payments are not made by other members within your application group.

*Once your payment is complete, a payment confirmation email will be sent from the payment platform. Please add the payment platform’s email address (info@paysys.jp) to your safe senders list to ensure that this email is not filtered into your spam or junk folder.

*If you experience any issues or are unable to complete your payment using the online form above for any reason, please fill in this form and email it to the Overseas Affairs Department (overseas@sogetsu.or.jp).

*上記のお支払いフォームは、6月10日(水)正午（日本時間）まではご利用いただけません。

*お支払い後のご返金はいたしかねます。ご予定が確定後にお支払いください。

*同グループ内の他の方から二重払いがされることがないように、ご注意ください。

*お支払い後、支払フォームのサイトより、お支払い完了メールが届きます。支払フォーム(info@paysys.jp)からのメールが迷惑メールに分類されないように受信許可リストへ登録いただきますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

*何らかの事情により、上記のお支払フォームでお支払いができない場合は、こちらに必要事項をご記入の上、海外課(overseas@sogetsu.or.jp)までメールでお送りください。
