In addition to my New Year's greetings, I am looking forward to the Sogetsu School’s 100th anniversary next year, with a series of commemorative events that kick off this April.
This piece was inspired by my thoughts on the centennial celebration and the artistic legacy of the Sogetsu Iemotos, beginning with Sofu Sensei, and was crafted with deep respect for the unique ambiance of this Japanese Room.
