【Report】Karachi Sogetsu Study Group activities of the month of April, 2025

Karachi Sogetsu Study Group had a vibrant month in April 2025.
During the Floral Group Annual Dinner, hosted by the Horticulture Society of Pakistan, the group was in charge of crafting table arrangements.
Under the leadership of Nishat Alavi, a former president and a distinguished teacher, 20 arrangements were beautifully prepared.
Participants added an extra touch of charm by dressing in floral-themed outfits, making the event a resounding success.

Twenty table arrangements were made in four different styles of containers.

Some were made in bamboos which were painted in red and green and other arrangements were made in terra-cotta containers as well.

This program was held under the leadership of Karachi Sogetsu Study Group then Director Nafissa Baig.

It was planned and executed under Director Nafissa Baig and Nishat Alavi, both are senior members/teachers and they both hold Jonin Sanyo degree of Ikebana.
