For those who have subscribed to the quarterly magazine Sogetsu,

We hope this finds you in good health and spirits. Thank you very much for your patronage and support for the publications of the Publishing Department at Sogetsu Bunnkajigyo Co., Ltd.
This letter is being sent to customers who have signed up for an annual subscription to the quarterly magazine Sogetsu (Summer, Autumn, Winter 2020 and Spring 2021 a total of four issues).

Sogetsu is normally sent by air (no tracking number), but due to the current spread of COVID-19, many countries have stopped accepting airmail (see attached) and as of October 5th, 2020, we are unable to send the issues accordingly.

Therefore, we have decided to send the Summer 2020 and Autumn 2020 issues, which are currently being published, by sea (no tracking number) from October in order. Please allow 2-3 months for delivery.

Future issues in Winter 2020 (scheduled to be published on December 1st, 2020) and Spring 2021 (scheduled to be published on March 1st, 2021) will be sent by air if the airmail service has resumed at the time of publication, but if not, they will be again sent by sea (no tracking number).

We usually send Sogetsu using airmail, so we charge 850 yen, but due to recent circumstances, we have had to change our shipping method to sea freight (no tracking number). Please accept our apology for this change and also note that these issues cannot be returned or refunded. We sincerely ask for your understanding.
