Ikebanist Yoichi Hinata

Youichi Hinata( Master Instructor of the Sogetsu Headquarters)
I encountered these flowers only once in my lifetime. The communication between humans and flowers starts there. It's a real fight against the completely pure flowers. This encounter is the life of ikebana. For this reason, I respect each fresh encounter with flowers, so I try to avoid Shita-ike (preparatory work) as much as possible.

*For previously displayed works, please visit the Japanese Room Gallery.
