Ikebanist : Kazuko Nakada

Kazuko Nakada( Master Instructor of the Sogetsu Headquarters)
The tree without its leaves in winter shows strongly and attractively the presence and expressions of its trunk and branches. It has buds on the tips of its branches, and their shapes are also charming.
And day by day, one after another, they bloom beautifully.
I created this ikebana work while receiving the messages that the plants were sending to me and being moved by the works of Sofu-sensei and Hiroshi-sensei as well as the space in this room.

*For previously displayed works, please visit the Japanese Room Gallery.
