Call for Exhibitors!!【VIRTUAL EXHIBITION OF IKEBANA SOGETSU 】France Branch

In direct relation to the world sporting events that will take place in Paris (France) next summer, Ikebana Sogetsu French Branch is organizing a virtual exhibition of Sogetsu ikebana on the theme Olympic and Paralympic Games.

We are seeking exhibitors for this exhibition!
We look forward to receiving applications from Sogetsu members around the world to be the greatest influence.

The editing of your photographs will be posted online from June 17, 2024 on the I.S.B.F. website and social networks and on Youtube.
It will be forwarded to the Paris 2024 Organising Committee for the Olympic Games.

The conditions for participation in this virtual exhibition of Sogetsu ikebana are indicated as below.

【COMPOSITION THEME: The Olympic and Paralympic Games】

• PHOTO FORMATS: 16:9 or 4:3 or landscape (avoid portrait) jpg or jpeg 300 dpi x 300 dpi minimum
• NUMBER OF PHOTOGRAPHS: 2 maximum per participant
• TRANSMISSION OF PHOTOGRAPHS: by email to I.S.B.F. sogetsubranche.france@gmail.com by 2024 May 31 at the latest Indicate your surname, first name and country of residence. Indicate the materials used.
• COPYRIGHT: Your participation in this virtual exhibition entails free authorization for the benefit of I.S.B.F., for the whole world and for a period of five years, to exploit, adapt, represent and reproduce your photographs on all tangible and intangible media.
• RECOMMENDATIONS: Choose a background (indoors or outdoors) that highlights your composition. Take care of the lighting of your composition to take your photographs.
